Shipping costs
We offer shipping options for boxes containing 8 and 12 cocktails.

• FREE SHIPPING on orders over €90.
• For orders under €90 there is a shipping cost of €3.95.
• Delivery outside the Netherlands & Belgium on request. 
• Please note that the €3.95 shipping costs include an ID check upon delivery.

Refunds and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within two weeks. Please note that the costs and risks associated with return shipments are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly inspect it. You will be notified by email regarding the refund of the amount paid.

How to Return Products
To return the products, please use the original shipping box and include a copy of the delivery note/invoice. Ship the package to our address.

Shipping costs Belgium 

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, typically within 5 working days. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. While we guarantee the timely handover of the package to PostNL/BPost, we cannot directly influence the exact execution of the delivery process. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Note!

Please be aware that all parcel delivery services are currently experiencing high volumes of shipments, resulting in longer-than-usual delivery times. We kindly ask for your understanding and advise you to expect a delivery time of approximately 5 working days from the moment of shipment. As an indication, if you place an order on a Saturday and it is shipped on Monday, you can expect delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
