You can only order from us if you’re 18 years or older. By confirming an order, you also confirm you’re 18 years or older.

The order will be shipped once we have received full payment.

You can order per 6, 8 or 12 pieces. We can tailor your order in terms of range, but there’s always a mandatory order quantity of 6, 8 or 12 pieces.

Payment options

At Williams Cocktails you can always safely and easily make an online payment for free. Whether you are making business or a private purchase, we always have a suitable payment method.

Payment with iDeal

With iDeal you can easily make a payment within your own familiar banking environment. This is completely free of charge. You can use this if you use internet banking at one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, SNS, ING, Rabobank, ASN bank, Regiobank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab and Bunq.

Payment by credit card

You can easily and securely pay with your Mastercard or Visa credit card. At Williams Cocktails this is completely free.

Payment by bank transfer

If you opt to pay by bank transfer, you can make the payment via a manual bank transfer. Always enter your invoice number in the description.

Shipping costs

We can ship boxes for 6, 8 and 12 cocktails.

  • FREE SHIPPING with orders over 100
  • €7.89 shipping costs with orders under 100
  • Delivery outside the Netherlands & Belgium on request
  • €7.89 are shipping costs including an ID check by delivery

Payment on account

Companies can pay on account. You can specify this during the checkout of your order. You will receive your invoice by email and the goods will be shipped immediately after you’ve ordered.

Payment on account is only possible if the suffix of the email address corresponds with the company name. For example, if your company is called MyCompany, you can pay on account if you place the order with an email address as yourname@mycompany.com.

It is therefore not possible to pay with email addresses with suffixes such as mycompany@hotmail.com, mycompany@live.nl, mycompany@gmail.com and mycompany@athome.nl.

Payment failed?

Don’t worry! Sometimes thing go wrong if you’re internet connection isn’t working or if you accidentally close your browser. You can place your order again and pay. If it still doesn’t work after this, you can always contact us.

Refunds and returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, it can be returned to us within two weeks. The costs and the risks that come along with return shipments are on your own account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you have returned a product, we will check it as soon as the order has been delivered to us. You will be informed by email about the refund of the amount paid.

How do I return the products?

You can return the products in the original shipping box to our address, together with a copy of the delivery note / invoice.

We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium with a delivery time of 2-4 working days, even if you place your order over the weekend. If this isn’t the case due to circumstances beyond our control, we unfortunately cannot compensate you for this. We guarantee that the package will be delivered to PostNL/ BPost and we unfortunately have no influence on the proper execution of the delivery.



It’s currently very busy at (all) parcel deliverers and the delivery times are longer than usual. In any case, keep account of a delivery time of 3 working days from the moment of shipment. (Indication: ordered on Saturday; shipment on Monday; expected delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday)
