Order & Payment

You can only place an order with us if you are 18 years or older. By confirming your order, you also confirm that you are 18 years or older.

The order will be shipped once we receive full payment.

You can order in quantities of 8 or 12 pieces. While we can customise your order in terms of product selection, there is a minimum order quantity of 8 or 12 pieces.

Payment options
At Williams Cocktails, you can securely and conveniently make an online payment at no extra cost. Whether you're making a business or private purchase, we offer a suitable payment method for you.

Payment with iDeal
With iDeal, you can conveniently and securely make payments within your trusted online banking platform. This option comes at no additional cost to you.

Payment by credit card
You can securely and easily pay with your Mastercard or Visa credit card. At Williams Cocktails, this payment method is completely free.

Payment by bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you can make the payment through a manual bank transfer. Please make sure to include your invoice number in the description.

We will ask you to provide us with a proof of payment, so we can send you your order swiftly.

 Shipping costs

We offer shipping options for boxes containing 8 and 12 cocktails.

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over €90.
  • For orders under €90, there is a shipping cost of €3.95.
  • Delivery outside the Netherlands & Belgium on request. 
  • Please note that the €3.95 shipping costs include an ID check upon delivery.

Payment on account
For companies, we offer the option to pay on account. During the checkout process, you can indicate your preference for this payment method. Once your order is placed, you will receive the invoice via email, and the goods will be shipped immediately.

Please note that payment on account is only possible if the email address suffix corresponds to the company name. For example, if your company is called MyCompany, you can pay on account if you place the order using an email address like yourname@mycompany.com.

Please be aware that payment with email addresses using suffixes such as mycompany@hotmail.com, mycompany@live.nl, mycompany@gmail.com, and mycompany@athome.nl is not possible.

Payment Issues
In case of payment failure, there's no need to worry. Sometimes technical issues or an interrupted internet connection can cause problems. You can simply place your order again and proceed with the payment. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
