DELIVERY OPTIONS

The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen. It is always shown separately in the cart. There will be no surprises once the order is completed.

SHIPPING COSTS

The standard shipping for orders up to 60,00 euro is 5 euro.

For orders over 60,00 euro shipping costs do not apply.

Any promotions will be communicated on the homepage.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

On delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or not in conformity with the order sent, not to accept the shipment, clearly noting on the delivery note the nature of the damage and/ or error. 
The User is required to communicate to Williams Premium Canned Cocktails B.V. related problem by sending an e-mail to the address welcome@williams-cocktails.com ? For any assistance, Customer Service is available on (tel nr). Opening hours: 9.30 - 13.30 / 14.30 - 18.30 / Monday - Friday. 
Williams Premium Canned Cocktails B.V. ill bear the shipping costs related to the return of defective or erroneously shipped products.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. 
The products sold through the website are delivered throughout The Netherlands and abroad??  Variations in tariffs are applicable to particular areas difficult to reach and for Foreign countries.

The shipping costs are always visible in the check-out of the order and, for foreign shipments, do not include import taxes and local excise duties.

APO military addresses are not allowed

DELIVERY

Shipments are made only by courier. A signature is always required upon delivery. It is the User’s right to accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that this person is present at the address provided and that he is over 18 years of age. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the courier in charge.

CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDER

To cancel an order, simply make an express request to customer service by sending an e-mail to: welcome@williams-canteen.com.
Once your order has been confirmed, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you must refuse to pick up the product at the time of delivery, specifying the reasons on the relevant bubble. We will provide you with a refund equal to the purchase cost, once the item is returned to the warehouse. In this case, the shipping costs are not refunded and remain at the customer’s expense. 
If you can block the shipment, you will see the order cancellation confirmation on the "Your Account" page in the "Your previous orders" section.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the/s product to the same consumer or to a third party designated by the same. 
In the case of multiple goods ordered by means of a single order and delivered separately, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the same, acquires physical possession of the last good. 
The right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to personalized items. 
The substantial integrity of/i product/i to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. 
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer must follow the following procedure: 
Send a written communication to Williams Canteen Premium Canned Cocktails B.V., using one of the following methods: (i) E-mail (preferably PEC) to the address welcome@williams-cocktails.com; (ii) registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at William Boothlaan 5a, 3012 VG Rotterdam. The communication shall contain an explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract with the indication of the identification number of the relevant order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the aforementioned deadline of 14 (fourteen) days. 
Within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Williams Premium Canned Cocktails B.V. will communicate the instructions for the return of products. The costs inherent to the shipment of the product are to be considered at the expense of the customer. 
Pack the product (possibly with the original packaging). The use of the original packaging will prevent any damage during transport; 
Send the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the instructions for delivery; 
Williams Premium Canned Cocktails will refund all sums paid by the Consumer, including the costs of delivery of the initial order, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he received the communication relating to the intention to withdraw from the purchase, unless the product has been returned within these time limits. Alternatively, the refund will be made immediately as soon as Williams Premium Canned Cocktails B.V. comes back in possession of the property and ensures its integrity.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the same consumer has agreed otherwise. In any event, the consumer shall not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. 
The aforementioned withdrawal procedure applies only to purchases made through the website www.williams-cocktails.com.
