Accountmanager
As our new colleague and account manager, you'll quickly become a crucial point of contact for our existing clients. But that's not all—your role will also involve actively seeking new connections and leads. We like to call you a true "social butterfly" who keeps your priorities sharp and your focus clear: to establish ourselves as the go-to place for the best and most innovative cocktails in the Benelux!
What will your day look like?
Being a young and small company, our team is just as dynamic! In a startup environment, things move a bit faster and sometimes with a bit less structure compared to established organisations. However, this means there's plenty of room for your own input. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to chart our sales strategy (together with the management). It's a classic job cliché, but here it applies: no two days are the same. Some days, you'll be tackling ad hoc tasks, while on others, you'll be traveling across the Netherlands and Belgium, meeting our vibrant customers or representing us at various trade fairs. Of course, the common thread is maintaining relationships with our hospitality and retail clients, which you'll handle with expertise. You possess strong commercial skills and enjoy making plans and lists, ensuring that we know where we stand and when we'll conquer the rest of Europe!
You have:
- HBO/WO level of education;
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably with additional hospitality experience;
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel. Experience with Teamleader is a plus;
- Availability for 40 hours per week (negotiable);
- A valid driver's license and means of transportation;
- A vibrant personality and the ability to thrive in a startup work environment!
We offer:
- An exciting position within a rapidly growing, young, and innovative company, with an informal work atmosphere in the heart of Rotterdam;
- A competitive salary based on your skills and prior experience;
- Varied office lunches;
- Pension contribution, travel allowance, and 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek;
